How do I convert asx files to mp3?
Q : I need to download an asx stream but want to download it as an offline mp3 file, any free software please?
A: The ASX file is a metafile — a file which contains data about another file. In this case it is a simple text file which points to the file being streamed (which will probably be either a .asf or .wma)
To find the actual media file name, open the .asx file in notepad or a different text editor - this will give you the file type that is being streamed.
